Set AI practices for content production, manage external contributors, and report performance to leadership.

Own design and front-end implementation of PandaDoc's API and integrations, partner with product and research to set strategy, prototype AI-native patterns, build production-grade React components, and establish the Design Engineer function for the Embedded Agreements track.

Own conversion rate optimization and the web experimentation program for self-serve and sales journeys. Design, run, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and split-URL tests, drive personalization and agentic (AI) optimization, partner cross-functionally, and tie web conversion to pipeline and revenue.
