Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, manage phone calls, process payments, maintain and file patient records, submit and document record requests and authorizations, verify eligibility and sliding scale fees, support billing tasks, balance daily receipts, and assist clinic leadership to ensure smooth front office operations.

Support pharmacy operations by processing register transactions, assisting patients with pickups, maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, handling payments and inventory, keeping the counter stocked and clean, and communicating with pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and patient service.

Provide direct nursing care in a school-based telehealth program: assist licensed providers during virtual visits, administer medications and treatments, collect specimens, perform clinical assessments, document in the EMR, maintain supplies and compliance (CLIA/OSHA/HIPAA), arrange referrals and testing, and support student health and clinic flow.

Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical education and onboarding for RNs, LPNs, MAs; ensures HRSA/HIPAA/OSHA compliance; provides EHR (eClinicalWorks) training, competency validation, mentoring, and supports accreditation, quality improvement, and site readiness. Travels between clinical sites as needed.

Provide primary and preventive pediatric care for patients from birth through adolescence: evaluate, diagnose, treat acute and chronic conditions, perform wellness visits and developmental screenings, prescribe medications, order and interpret tests, document in EHR, coordinate referrals, participate in quality improvement, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient- and family-centered care in underserved communities.

Provide direct nursing care to students in a school-based telehealth program: administer medications, assist with telehealth visits and exams, collect specimens, document in the EMR, maintain clinic supplies and compliance, arrange referrals and testing, and support student flow and emergency readiness.

Provide full-scope primary eye care for patients of all ages including comprehensive exams, diagnosis and management of eye conditions, prescribing lenses and treatments, coordinating referrals, patient education, supervising trainees, participating in quality and compliance activities, and supporting community outreach and clinic workflow.

Lead grants management across the full lifecycle: pre-award coordination, post-award administration, compliance oversight, reporting, budgeting, audit support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely, compliant grant execution and accurate financial tracking.
