Lead daily billing and coding operations to ensure accurate, compliant claim submission and timely reimbursement. Manage staff, workflows, coding discrepancies, EMR billing configurations, productivity monitoring, training, and policy development. Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to improve cash performance, resolve billing issues, and support EMR implementations and upgrades.

Provide peer-based recovery support, mentoring, advocacy, care coordination, education, and community outreach for individuals with substance use disorders. Connect clients to healthcare, MAT, and community resources; assist with admissions and follow-up; collect and report program and grant data; and ensure confidentiality and compliance with program requirements.

Provide front-desk administrative and customer service support for an optometry clinic and mobile units: check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, records management, basic vision pretesting when trained, and support for outreach and mobile clinic operations while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
