Welcomes and assists pediatric clinic patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out, collects payments, manages records and authorizations, verifies eligibility, supports billing, balances daily receipts, and maintains smooth front-office operations while protecting patient confidentiality.

Dispenses medications safely and accurately, reviews physician orders, identifies therapeutic incompatibilities, monitors drug therapies, counsels patients, supports healthcare professionals, supervises pharmacy technicians, maintains controlled-substance records, documents in the EMR, and complies with pharmacy, safety, and infection-control regulations. The PRN schedule includes varying day, night, and weekend shifts.
