Manage weekly and daily fabrication production schedules to ensure on-time customer deliveries. Coordinate material flow, work with programming and supervisors to optimize machine capacity, prepare and distribute fabrication paperwork, resolve material shortages, and ensure timely closure of completed work orders.

Assemble metal and wood fixtures using hand tools and equipment to drawing specifications; verify materials; maintain product quality and workspace; complete paperwork; report defects; follow safety rules; perform repetitive tasks and lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds. Work in both Metal and Final Assembly on first shift.

Drive regional revenue by developing pipeline, prospecting new clients, nurturing key customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying new market opportunities to grow sales and retain accounts.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sourcing team: send and follow up on RFQs, communicate with vendors on order status and lead times, enter and track supplier quotes in ERP/WMS (e.g., Wisys), maintain records and trackers, support supplier onboarding, prepare comparison sheets, coordinate cross-functionally, and follow sourcing workflows while identifying process improvements.

Lead upstream manufacturing operations (fabrication, metal assembly, paint, prototypes). Ensure on-time production, quality, labor performance, throughput, and safety. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, sourcing, and scheduling. Develop supervisors, drive continuous improvement, implement automation, and use ERP and KPIs to optimize flow and capacity.

Lead purchasing, inventory control, warehouse, receiving, and shipping operations to support production and customer demand. Manage buyers and warehouse teams, optimize inventory and material flow, oversee supplier coordination, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP systems and KPI reporting. Partner cross-functionally to resolve shortages, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with policies and safety.

Lead product design from concept to production using SolidWorks; create shop drawings, BOMs, and assemblies; apply DFM and sheet metal fabrication knowledge; manage engineering projects, collaborate with Sales/Manufacturing/Purchasing/Field Service, drive ECNs/DCRs, and support manufacturing optimization and troubleshooting.

Support product and process quality across manufacturing by developing QA processes, performing audits, investigating non-conformances and customer complaints, driving CAPA and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), analyzing quality data, maintaining documentation and calibration systems, and ensuring regulatory and customer standard compliance.

Lead Northeast regional sales by developing strategic plans, building and retaining customer relationships, prospecting and closing new business, coordinating internal teams on proposals and pricing, and managing a robust sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Lead a team of 10+ production employees to meet safety, quality, and production targets. Coordinate resources, monitor performance metrics, coach and develop staff, support continuous improvement and lean initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production flow and labor utilization.

Lead manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives: mentor engineers, implement lean methods, optimize processes, tooling, BOM/routing, plant layout and capital projects, collaborate with production and maintenance to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and drive projects from concept through implementation.

Assemble, wire, test, and integrate mechanical and electrical components per blueprints. Operate hand, power, and stationary tools, perform electrical testing and troubleshooting, maintain quality documentation, support production/warehouse operations, follow safety procedures, and work overtime as needed.
