Creates and maintains bills of materials, manufacturing routings, shop orders, and standard-cost data in an ERP/MRP system. Interprets engineering drawings and CAD geometry, communicates print issues to design engineering, develops routing standards, performs time studies, and coordinates with purchasing, sales, customer service, manufacturing, engineering, and scheduling. Manages multiple projects, researches missing information, and ensures accurate manufacturing data and product flow.

Leads the IT and Business Systems function, overseeing internal staff, vendors, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity accountability, and business applications including ERP and WMS. Translates business priorities into technology projects, manages implementations and upgrades, improves processes, supports integrations and data, and ensures systems are secure, reliable, documented, and aligned with organizational needs.

Lead product design from concept to production using SolidWorks; create shop drawings, BOMs, and assemblies; apply DFM and sheet metal fabrication knowledge; manage engineering projects, collaborate with Sales/Manufacturing/Purchasing/Field Service, drive ECNs/DCRs, and support manufacturing optimization and troubleshooting.
