Teams at Palo Duro Nursing Home

Provides nursing care to residents according to care plans, monitors and reports health changes, administers medications and treatments, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, documents care accurately, and maintains a safe environment. The role requires a current Texas RN or LVN license, CPR or BLS certification, background and drug screening clearance, and U.S. work authorization.

Assists with meal and snack preparation, portion control, tray accuracy, menu distribution, food and supply storage, dishwashing, and cleaning. Follows sanitation, safety, infection-control, and federal and state food-service procedures in a nursing home environment. Healthcare experience and a food handler’s card are preferred.
