Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Requirements:
- Current and valid RN or LVN license in the State of Texas.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Compassionate, dependable, and energetic personality.
