Execute targeted marketing campaigns, make high-volume outbound calls, attend networking events, track activity in CRM, follow sales process, and travel extensively to build and manage territory.

Hunt and close new B2B customers for IT services by prospecting, networking, making 70+ outbound calls weekly, running targeted campaigns with marketing, tracking activity in the CRM, following sales process, and traveling within an assigned territory.

Provide second-tier IT support, troubleshoot complex hardware/software/network issues across Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile, assist system administration, mentor junior staff, manage user accounts, maintain documentation, participate in IT projects, and monitor systems for performance and security.
