Supports the inside sales process for IT services by preparing quotes, proposals, order forms, RFP responses, renewals, and onboarding documentation. Maintains CRM records, tracks sales metrics, generates pipeline reports, follows up on proposals, and coordinates pricing and availability with vendors. Facilitates communication among sales, service delivery, procurement, and clients while scheduling discovery calls, demos, and other meetings.

Develop and manage an assigned sales territory by identifying target customers, prospecting through outbound calls and networking, partnering with marketing on campaigns, tracking opportunities in the CRM, and closing new business. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, independent work, participation in sales training, and extensive travel throughout the territory.

Provides frontline technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, network, account, VPN, printer, and endpoint issues; installs and configures systems; manages users and permissions; documents solutions; monitors IT environments; follows security policies; supports upgrades and deployments; and escalates complex problems to senior engineers while meeting service-level expectations.
