The role also requires knowledge of dealership finance procedures, title and registration laws, negotiation, presentation, and regulatory compliance.

Respond to internet-generated email and phone leads, qualify prospective vehicle buyers, generate appointments and quotes, conduct outbound prospecting, assist customers with vehicle selection, provide product information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
