Performs concurrent utilization reviews of inpatient stays using evidence-based criteria (InterQual/MCG), determines medical necessity and level of care, coordinates with providers and payers, documents decisions per regulatory standards, escalates cases as needed, and supports quality improvement and discharge planning.

Lead enterprise analytics: produce standardized and ad-hoc reports, analyze claims/provider/member data, perform root-cause analyses, develop SQL/Postgres and Excel scripts, communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and support leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
