Audit and monitor medical record documentation, coding, and quality measures (HEDIS, 5 STAR, PQRS) for compliance and accuracy. Perform coding/documentation reviews, enter validated measures into the EMR, support quality initiatives and reporting, educate staff/providers, manage communications, and assist with RAPS and other submission projects.

Lead enterprise analytics: produce standardized and ad-hoc reports, analyze claims/provider/member data, perform root-cause analyses, develop SQL/Postgres and Excel scripts, communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and support leadership in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
