Assists with daily medical center administration, including personnel supervision, staffing, performance management, cash reconciliation, reporting, procurement, compliance documentation, referrals, and member services. Supports operational goal setting, productivity analysis, marketing initiatives, complaint resolution, meetings, and customer satisfaction. Oversees medical office activities and assists the Administrator with daily operational issues and employee discipline.

Leads utilization management across primary care clinics, overseeing referrals, RN case managers, utilization review, care coordination, regulatory compliance, audits, and quality improvement. Manages clinical and administrative teams, analyzes utilization and financial data, improves referral processes, collaborates with providers, insurers, and healthcare networks, and reports trends and recommendations to senior leadership. The role is based in a corporate office with travel to various center locations.
