Maintain campus landscaping and nursery operations including weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, planting, pesticide/herbicide application, operating tractors and mowers, purchasing supplies, inspecting equipment, preparing classrooms, supporting events like plant sales, and following safety procedures.

Provide financial aid counseling to prospective and enrolled students and families, evaluate applications for eligibility, review verification and SAP documentation, explain loan options and withdrawal ramifications, conduct workshops and orientations, stay current with regulatory changes, and support enrollment and recruitment activities while working a fluctuating schedule.

Coordinate and manage grant-funded program activities including compliance, budgeting, reporting, partner coordination, data collection and analysis, needs assessments, and outreach.
