Oversee global learning and education abroad programs, including faculty-led trips, exchanges, and study abroad opportunities. Develop international partnerships, advise students, conduct pre-departure orientations, monitor travel risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with campus stakeholders to integrate global learning, promote opportunities, and assess program outcomes. Identify improvements through data analysis, industry knowledge, and strategic planning.

Coordinates annual giving campaigns and alumni engagement initiatives, including Giving Day, direct mail, digital and crowdfunding campaigns, volunteer programs, affinity groups, and donor stewardship. Manages campaign messaging, creative development, segmentation, timelines, performance reporting, and stakeholder communications. Maintains planned-giving records, supports recognition events, trains campus partners, and collaborates with vendors and advancement teams to strengthen alumni relationships and fundraising outcomes.

Directs Palm Beach State College’s integrated marketing, advertising, branding, SEM, digital lead generation, and enrollment campaigns. Oversees paid search budgets, brand consistency, content quality, vendor relationships, departmental support, staff hiring and supervision, and marketing operations. Manages budgets, develops performance strategies, builds community relationships, and ensures effective communication across internal and external audiences.

Oversees daily operations of a communications tutoring lab, including scheduling, staff supervision, training, resource development, and program evaluation. Coordinates with faculty and academic leaders, promotes lab services, tutors and mentors students, and supports professional programming. Maintains accurate instructional materials, serves as a liaison across departments, and ensures services meet student and instructor needs. Occasional travel to workshops, conferences, and professional events may be required.

Provide mentored, hands-on support for information security projects and assignments. Assist with tasks, complete deliverables, apply academic knowledge, maintain confidentiality, communicate progress, and use Microsoft Office tools.

Provide on-site and event multimedia and IT support: install, set up, troubleshoot, and repair AV, projection, CCTV, computers, and peripherals; manage inventory; transport equipment; update service requests; serve on-call; support instructors and campus/off-site events.

Provide financial aid counseling to prospective and enrolled students and families; review applications, verify documentation, determine eligibility and awards per federal and college rules; conduct workshops/orientations; advise on loans, SAP, withdrawals, and special circumstances; maintain regulatory knowledge and support enrollment activities.

Provide comprehensive academic, vocational, and personal advising to low-income and potential first-generation college students. Administer assessments, guide program selection and registration, deliver outreach and workshops, coordinate program goals and referrals, maintain community partnerships, and support recruitment and retention. Work includes varied schedules (nights/weekends), occasional travel for trainings, and assistance across multiple communication channels to help students achieve educational goals.

Lead design, administration, optimization, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise VoIP and unified communications across multiple campuses. Plan and implement cloud/hybrid telephony migrations, ensure redundancy and disaster recovery, integrate E911 and directory/identity systems, mentor staff, coordinate vendors, perform advanced troubleshooting, and participate in change management and after-hours support to maintain service availability and compliance.

Process and update student records related to institutional, exam, and experiential credit; evaluate transfer transcripts and determine course equivalency; serve as liaison among students, faculty, and departments; handle degree awarding and graduation tasks; verify and proof documents and data entry accuracy; provide customer service via phone/mail/in person and maintain FERPA-level confidentiality.

Create and edit video, motion graphics, animations, and multimedia for college marketing and communications. Shoot and caption photos/videos for events, collaborate with marketing teams to produce branded assets for web and social, perform post-production (color grading, audio editing), and maintain media archives and production standards.

Direct advancement operations including donor data management, gift processing, reporting, compliance, data governance, endowment and donor impact reporting, systems integration, and supervision of staff to support fundraising, stewardship, and strategic decision-making.

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical skills labs and simulations. Operate and maintain simulation mannequins and lab equipment, train faculty and students, manage inventory, coordinate repairs, create training materials, and support safety and program development.

Provide faculty and student support for learning management systems (Canvas) and related instructional technologies. Maintain and troubleshoot academic applications, web portals, video repositories, and studio resources. Deliver webinars, orientations, and technical documentation; identify and assist at-risk online students; schedule and support media production for online courses.

Oversee campus academic operations including class scheduling, curriculum development, faculty supervision, budget preparation, student academic concerns, staff development, and promoting instructional technology and teaching excellence.

Maintain campus landscaping and nursery operations including weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, planting, pesticide/herbicide application, operating tractors and mowers, purchasing supplies, inspecting equipment, preparing classrooms, supporting events like plant sales, and following safety procedures.

Coordinate and manage grant-funded program activities including compliance, budgeting, reporting, partner coordination, data collection and analysis, needs assessments, and outreach. Travel to partner sites and support evaluation of program outcomes. Continued employment contingent on grant funding.

Sell tickets and process payments for theatre events, provide clerical support (filing, copying, phone response), assist patrons and theatre user groups, operate office equipment and ticketing software, reconcile cash drawers, and perform other assigned customer service and administrative duties.

Assist Technical Production Supervisor with organizing and stage-managing theatre events; operate and maintain lighting and sound systems; troubleshoot and perform minor repairs; set up/strike equipment and sets; supervise support staff and student workers; follow safety practices and perform custodial and manual tasks as needed.

Facilitate and process degree conferrals, review academic records (transfer credit, substitutions, prior learning), troubleshoot degree audits, enforce policies, collaborate across departments to resolve graduation issues, maintain FERPA-compliant records, support data reporting, and perform diploma and related administrative tasks including occasional nights and weekends.
