Provide mentored, hands-on support for information security projects and assignments. Assist with tasks, complete deliverables, apply academic knowledge, maintain confidentiality, communicate progress, and use Microsoft Office tools.

Provide on-site and event multimedia and IT support: install, set up, troubleshoot, and repair AV, projection, CCTV, computers, and peripherals; manage inventory; transport equipment; update service requests; serve on-call; support instructors and campus/off-site events.

Provide financial aid counseling to prospective and enrolled students and families; review applications, verify documentation, determine eligibility and awards per federal and college rules; conduct workshops/orientations; advise on loans, SAP, withdrawals, and special circumstances; maintain regulatory knowledge and support enrollment activities.
