Observes Early Childhood program students at their work sites, reviews professional portfolios, and scores performance across the 13 CDA Functional Areas. Provides feedback and improvement strategies using the CDA National Credential Scoring Instrument, maintains observation records, and performs related duties. The role requires travel to student work sites, communication with diverse populations, documentation accuracy, and a fluctuating schedule.

Designs and develops training programs, courses, learning materials, assessments, and educational tools. Collaborates with subject matter experts, integrates instructional technologies and multimedia formats, supports faculty and departments with course development, evaluates training outcomes, and improves programs to meet learning objectives.

Coordinates college food pantry operations, including inventory, donations, food safety, inspections, licensing, and distribution. Conducts student intakes, triages crises, connects students with community and college resources, and schedules support services. Organizes outreach and educational events, develops partnerships, promotes programs, prepares materials and reports, and provides administrative support. Requires work across campuses, evenings, weekends, fluctuating schedules, and occasional physical handling of supplies.
