Provide administrative support including file management, course scheduling, payroll and purchase order processing, budget assistance, data entry, report generation, correspondence, customer service to students/faculty/staff, and office supply coordination. Prepare presentations and maintain databases.

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical skills labs and simulations. Operate and maintain simulation mannequins and lab equipment, train faculty and students, manage inventory, coordinate repairs, create training materials, and support safety and program development.

Provide faculty and student support for learning management systems (Canvas) and related instructional technologies. Maintain and troubleshoot academic applications, web portals, video repositories, and studio resources. Deliver webinars, orientations, and technical documentation; identify and assist at-risk online students; schedule and support media production for online courses.
