Creates and manages content across social media, email, websites, and paid channels for multiple brands. Responsibilities include producing videos, graphics, copy, email campaigns, and ad creatives; managing HubSpot audiences and workflows; tracking performance through analytics platforms; maintaining content calendars and digital assets; supporting website updates, campaign execution, vendor coordination, and marketing reporting.

Creates signage, event graphics, branded materials, environmental graphics, and installation assets from concept through production. Prepares production-ready files, develops mockups, researches materials and print methods, coordinates with vendors and fabricators, conducts site walks, and supports hands-on setup and installation. Maintains brand consistency across physical environments while collaborating with creative, marketing, operations, and production teams.

Grow Pali Institute’s outdoor education division by building relationships with public and private schools and districts. Responsibilities include prospecting, presentations, site visits, trade shows, proposals, contract negotiation, partnership management, client satisfaction, and coordinating internal teams through program fulfillment. The role also tracks sales activity, feedback, trends, and revenue goals while serving as a consultative partner to education clients.
