Lead and build Trove's growth function from 0-1 and scale it. Architect growth systems, design video-first content strategies, run large-scale paid and organic acquisition across Meta/Google/YouTube/TikTok, manage creator and streamer partnerships, experiment rapidly, and partner with product, engineering, and design to embed growth into the product and drive repeatable, compoundable user and creator acquisition.

Build end-to-end features across a Python/Django backend and React frontend, ship CI/CD with GitHub Actions, deploy to AWS (Terraform), integrate third-party systems, collaborate with customers, and participate in planning and refactoring.
