Lead business development and revenue growth across GCC and Middle East leisure markets. Build and expand relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, travel advisors, corporate accounts, and strategic partners. Develop market strategies, acquire new business, grow existing accounts, conduct regional sales activities, manage trade events, monitor market trends, and convert opportunities into measurable bookings, room nights, revenue, and market share.

Directs daily operations for a luxury five-star hotel, overseeing Food & Beverage, Culinary, Rooms, and guest-facing departments. Leads operational strategy, budgeting, profitability, service quality, guest satisfaction, compliance, VIP events, and pre-opening projects. Develops department heads and multicultural teams while coordinating with owners, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain luxury brand standards and improve hotel performance.

Drives hotel event sales by achieving revenue targets, managing client accounts and leads, developing new business, conducting presentations and site inspections, preparing forecasts, and monitoring market trends. Maintains accurate booking records in Opera and Delphi while coordinating with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and support event initiatives.

Manage the hotel’s accounts payable function, including invoice and credit memo verification, voucher preparation, payment processing, cheque issuance, supplier statement reconciliation, account maintenance, prepayment tracking, and accrual support. Coordinate with suppliers and financial accounting staff while maintaining accurate records and timely payments.

Prepares Owners Association budgets, service charge invoices, collections, reconciliations, payments, VAT returns, financial reports, and management MIS reports. Maintains accounting records for residential communities while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, RERA requirements, STRATA Law, and Mollak procedures. Manages the complete accounting function, including supplier payments, income tracking, audits, and day-to-day bookkeeping.

Manages hotel room and dining reservations, guest communications, inquiries, amendments, and cancellations through call center channels. Provides personalized information about hotel services, resolves concerns, coordinates special requests with internal departments, maintains accurate reservation records, and supports upselling to maximize revenue. Ensures compliance with hotel policies and service standards while delivering professional, efficient, and high-quality guest service.
