Prepares Owners Association budgets, service charge invoices, collections, reconciliations, payments, VAT returns, financial reports, and management MIS reports. Maintains accounting records for residential communities while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations, RERA requirements, STRATA Law, and Mollak procedures. Manages the complete accounting function, including supplier payments, income tracking, audits, and day-to-day bookkeeping.

Audits daily hotel revenue across rooms, food and beverage, banquets, outlets, guest ledgers, cash movements, paid-outs, allowances, and supporting documents. Verifies approvals, transaction completeness, sequential forms, rebates, voids, and discrepancies. Reviews night audit activities and ensures revenue reports accurately reflect transactions. Coordinates with department heads, Accounts Receivable, front office, housekeeping, and night auditors while maintaining revenue-control standards.

Maintains clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas; washes dishes and cookware; assists with food preparation, storage, stock organization, deliveries, and inventory. Supports dining setup and cleanup for daily operations and events while following food safety, chemical-handling, and workplace safety protocols. Requires teamwork, attention to detail, physical stamina, and availability for weekends and holidays.

Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle for a luxury hotel, including workforce requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, offers, pre-employment checks, onboarding, and induction. Partner with hiring managers, agencies, hospitality schools, and universities while recruiting operational through management-level talent. Support career fairs and recruitment campaigns, maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships, and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Direct hotel operations for a luxury 5-star property, leading Food & Beverage, Culinary, Rooms, and other guest-facing departments. Ensure service quality, profitability, compliance, guest satisfaction, and cross-department coordination. Manage budgets, forecasting, performance improvement, VIP events, stakeholder relationships, and pre-opening projects. Lead and develop multicultural teams while maintaining luxury brand standards and operational excellence.

Manages hotel room and dining reservations, guest communications, inquiries, amendments, and cancellations through call center channels. Provides personalized information about hotel services, resolves concerns, coordinates special requests with internal departments, maintains accurate reservation records, and supports upselling to maximize revenue. Ensures compliance with hotel policies and service standards while delivering professional, efficient, and high-quality guest service.
