Develop market strategies, acquire new business, grow existing accounts, conduct regional sales activities, manage trade events, monitor market trends, and convert opportunities into measurable bookings, room nights, revenue, and market share.

Directs daily operations for a luxury five-star hotel, overseeing Food & Beverage, Culinary, Rooms, and guest-facing departments. Leads operational strategy, budgeting, profitability, service quality, guest satisfaction, compliance, VIP events, and pre-opening projects. Develops department heads and multicultural teams while coordinating with owners, stakeholders, and senior management to maintain luxury brand standards and improve hotel performance.

Drives hotel event sales by achieving revenue targets, managing client accounts and leads, developing new business, conducting presentations and site inspections, preparing forecasts, and monitoring market trends. Maintains accurate booking records in Opera and Delphi while coordinating with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and support event initiatives.
