Manages the full talent acquisition and onboarding lifecycle for a luxury five-star hotel, including workforce requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, background checks, documentation, and joining formalities. Partners with department heads and hiring managers, coordinates recruitment campaigns and career fairs, manages external recruitment partners, and improves recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Manages employee benefits, visas, medicals, identification documents, employee records, payroll inputs, leave tracking, travel arrangements, engagement programs, HR reporting, employee relations, and offboarding. Coordinates with government entities and PROs, ensures visa and passport renewals, supports grievance and disciplinary processes, and maintains compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Manages the hotel’s accounts payable function, including invoice verification, voucher preparation, payment processing, cheque issuance, supplier reconciliations, account maintenance, prepayment tracking, and accrual support. Coordinates with suppliers and financial accounting staff while maintaining accurate documentation and timely records. The role also owns payable-system parameters and supplier accounts, with responsibility for handling high-volume transactions and ensuring payment controls.
