Senior finance leader responsible for FP&A, Accounting, and Business Systems. Build budgeting, forecasting, and financial models; run monthly/quarterly reviews; ensure timely close, internal controls, and audit readiness; scale ERP and reporting systems; partner with executives on strategy, fundraising, M&A, headcount, and capital allocation to drive measurable operating results.

Lead cross-functional analyses to uncover trends and opportunities, build analytic frameworks, create and optimize BI dashboards, measure initiative impact via KPIs, and promote a data-driven culture across growth, merchandising, product, finance, wholesale, and operations.

Partner with manufacturing and operations to own SKU- and BOM-level cost models, forecast and budget COGS, analyze gross margin and unit economics, model landed cost scenarios, support month-end COGS accruals, and present margin insights to finance leadership to improve unit economics and reporting.
