The Revenue Operations Manager drives sales and revenue efficiency through enablement, workflow design, CRM and technology-stack management, reporting, pipeline development, territory and lead assignment, deal validation, commissions, renewals, and event coordination. The role partners across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, HR, and Information Security; manages budgets and vendors; develops training; leads a team; improves processes through automation; and supports revenue growth and market expansion.

Drive new-logo acquisition and account expansion across government and SMB customers. Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts, build consultative customer relationships, collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success, attend industry events, and provide market insights to support growth strategies.
