Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the President, leading enterprise initiatives, commercial operations, executive reporting, board materials, operating rhythms, and cross-functional alignment. The role improves organizational effectiveness, monitors business metrics, supports earnings cycles, builds scalable reporting infrastructure, and manages executive-office priorities and special projects across a fast-growing fintech organization.

Drives top-of-funnel growth by researching target financial institutions and fintechs, mapping senior decision-makers, and executing multichannel outreach. Conducts discovery and lead qualification calls, communicates Pagaya’s AI and credit solutions, books qualified meetings for commercial leaders, manages Salesforce pipeline data, and collaborates with Growth, Partnerships, and Product teams to improve sales playbooks.

Lead and expand strategic auto finance partnerships across dealers, fintech platforms, captives, and banks. Own partner strategy, KPIs (volume, revenue, profitability), deal negotiations, and cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Risk, Operations, and Legal to drive auto loan originations and programmatic solutions. Build executive relationships, manage communications and escalations, and prepare leadership updates on partner performance and macro credit risks.
