Lead cross-functional capital markets initiatives from strategy to execution, manage rating agency and investor relationships, improve secondary market liquidity, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows for reporting, cash flow analysis, and dashboards.

Lead credit and funding decisioning for auto lending partners, exercising delegated lending and funding authority, resolving exceptions and stipulations, feeding performance insights to product and risk teams, conducting win/loss analysis, and enabling dealer-facing operations and training to protect portfolio performance and improve approval workflows.

Serve as a strategic advisor within the Office of the President, driving commercial strategy, cross-functional execution, and operating cadence. Build scalable processes, monitor KPIs, prepare executive and board reporting, and lead enterprise initiatives by partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations to translate priorities into measurable operating plans.
