Design electrical systems for combined-cycle and thermal power plants, including substations up to 400kV, equipment sizing, protection and metering diagrams, grounding and lightning protection, cable sizing and layouts, relay coordination, and auxiliary power distribution. Conduct ETAP system studies, interpret results, review vendor drawings, evaluate technical bids, and prepare DCS/PLC electrical I/O lists.

Develop electrical schematics and wiring harnesses for aerospace ground support equipment using SolidWorks Electrical. Create component libraries, define standardized electrical components, and prepare wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and terminal layouts. Support AC/DC power distribution, vehicle and equipment electrical systems, and future 3D CAD integration. Collaborate with mechanical and design teams, maintain revision-controlled documentation, and ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, and applicable aviation-related standards.

Lead process engineering activities including process and utility calculations, P&ID and line list development, equipment sizing and specification, vendor document review, and TBA preparation. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, project teams, and other disciplines. Proficiency in Hysis and Aspen Plus is required.

Prepare plot plans, equipment layouts, and P&IDs in AutoCAD for combined-cycle and thermal power plant systems. Review vendor drawings and 3D models, update layouts, provide design comments, and coordinate interfaces with piping teams across gas turbine, steam turbine, fuel gas, cooling water, steam, feedwater, and condensate systems.

Prepare electrical design and drafting deliverables in AutoCAD, including power, lighting, grounding, hazardous-area, cable-routing, and equipment layouts. Develop drawings from engineering calculations and markups, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, incorporate client revisions, maintain document control and drafting standards, and support model reviews, construction, commissioning, and as-built documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards across FEED, detailed engineering, brownfield, and greenfield projects.

Lead instrumentation engineering for complete instrumentation packages and control system requirements. Develop accurate design documentation, apply field instrument sizing and hazardous-area standards, and coordinate design work with project schedules. Lead three engineers and two designers, maintain company quality systems, communicate independently with Indian and overseas clients, and support site activities when required. Experience with InTools or AVEVA, 3D modeling platforms, and instrumentation sizing software is preferred.

Develops and maintains Revit MEP models for HVAC and mechanical systems, including ductwork, hydronic and heating piping, equipment layouts, and mechanical rooms. Prepares detailed drawings, performs clash detection, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, assists with equipment sizing, and supports technical documentation and design reviews. The role requires mechanical/HVAC design experience on building or industrial projects, strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD skills, BIM coordination experience, familiarity with applicable codes, and exposure to cleanroom and process utility systems.

Create detailed Revit 3D models of reinforced concrete structures and foundations, extract AutoCAD GA and reinforcement drawings, and generate bar bending schedules and material lists. Review models for accuracy, completeness, standards compliance, and clash resolution. Collaborate with engineers, architects, stakeholders, and departments while maintaining organized documentation and providing technical support. Projects include ferrous and nonferrous plants, mining facilities, and beneficiation plants.

Develops electrical power distribution, lighting, wiring, cable tray, and equipment layouts for manufacturing and capital construction projects using Revit and AutoCAD. Reviews specifications, drawings, estimates, budgets, system models, and as-built documentation. Collaborates with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and system integrators. Supports multi-discipline design/build projects, project closeout, technical reporting, presentations, and NEC compliance.

Designs and engineers static equipment, primarily pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers, for chemical and oil and gas projects. Prepares calculations, datasheets, drawings, specifications, testing requirements, RFQs, technical bid evaluations, and vendor document reviews. Coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and construction teams. Reviews project requirements, supports proposals and man-hour estimates, applies international and national standards, and reports progress to the Engineering Manager.

Designs and reviews electrical systems including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, cables, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection. Prepares load, cable, interconnection, and motor-starting schedules, along with electrical layouts and single-line diagrams. Supports electrical installation, testing, commissioning, site execution, safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Coordinates contractors, subcontractors, clients, site teams, and other departments, and travels to client offices or construction sites to resolve technical queries.
