Design electrical systems for combined-cycle and thermal power plants, including substations up to 400kV, equipment sizing, protection and metering diagrams, grounding and lightning protection, cable sizing and layouts, relay coordination, and auxiliary power distribution. Conduct ETAP system studies, interpret results, review vendor drawings, evaluate technical bids, and prepare DCS/PLC electrical I/O lists.

Develop electrical schematics and wiring harnesses for aerospace ground support equipment using SolidWorks Electrical. Create component libraries, define standardized electrical components, and prepare wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and terminal layouts. Support AC/DC power distribution, vehicle and equipment electrical systems, and future 3D CAD integration. Collaborate with mechanical and design teams, maintain revision-controlled documentation, and ensure compliance with IEC, ISO, and applicable aviation-related standards.

Lead process engineering activities including process and utility calculations, P&ID and line list development, equipment sizing and specification, vendor document review, and TBA preparation. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with clients, vendors, project teams, and other disciplines. Proficiency in Hysis and Aspen Plus is required.
