The Commercial Sales Analyst partners with Sales, Finance, and Operations to improve pricing, margins, customer profitability, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities include pricing models, price-volume-mix analysis, tenders, budgeting, risk identification, process improvement, controls, and reporting automation. The role provides commercial finance insight in a manufacturing environment and requires strong analytical, accounting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Demand Planner responsible for developing rolling sales forecasts, leading S&OP and S&OE cadences, analyzing demand performance, and improving forecast accuracy and fulfillment. The role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing while maintaining planning tools, KPIs, and operating processes. It also supports system improvements, statistical forecasting, machine learning methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Prepares month-end and year-end accounting activities, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, reporting schedules, and variance analysis. Supports statutory, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance activities across Australia and New Zealand operations. Provides accounting support for revenue, costs, leases, fixed assets, working capital, and intercompany transactions while improving controls, processes, and reporting quality. Collaborates with finance teams and stakeholders on analysis, projects, and issue resolution.
