Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects across manufacturing sites, managing timelines, critical paths, stakeholder communication, artwork, packaging, specifications, costings, sourcing, risks, SAP master data, BOMs, and pricing. Lead project meetings and support Operations and Quality teams through successful first production runs while collaborating with customers, suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

Leads operations and supply chain components of business-wide strategic projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include shaping project scope, gathering customer and partner requirements, developing operating models, documenting workflows and procedures, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing training materials, and ensuring plants, people, systems, and processes are implementation-ready. The role also provides project updates to senior operations and supply chain leadership.

Lead and develop manufacturing teams, coordinate daily production, achieve operational and quality targets, and maintain a safe, engaged workplace. Monitor performance, implement continuous improvement initiatives, support workforce planning and inventory control, allocate resources, and communicate operational priorities between frontline staff and site leadership. Provide decision-making support to the Operations Manager while promoting productivity, reliability, quality, and strong health and safety practices.
