Support and maintain the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance. Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, complaints, supplier quality, audits, inspections, batch review and product release. Monitor quality KPIs, support validation and supplier qualification, and drive continuous improvement and inspection readiness.

Sell and grow penetration of supply-chain products (e.g., Intellicrate, Megabin) within Queensland customers. Develop new business, maintain retailer/DC relationships, forecast demand, coordinate with operations, conduct market research, support asset-pooling initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, production, engineering, finance and customer service.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio as primary contact for enquiries, orders, amendments and post-sales issues. Support sales with quotes, reporting and pricing, liaise with supply chain and manufacturing to resolve delivery issues, maintain records in Dynamics and SAP, and conduct customer feedback/NPS to improve service.
