Teams at PACS

Provides direct physical therapy treatment to residents under a supervising physical therapist. Documents care, maintains safe treatment environments, participates in care conferences, educates residents and families, supports mobility and fall prevention, recommends durable medical equipment, trains staff, and contributes to rehabilitation quality initiatives.

Provide hands-on support with daily living activities for residents and patients, assist nurses and clinical staff, build relationships with residents and families, and work as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Prepare and assemble meals and snacks, portion and deliver trays to residents, maintain sanitation and food safety, wash dishes and equipment, stock supplies, follow allergy and infection-control procedures, and communicate with dietary management.
