Teams at PACS

Perform basic kitchen and food service tasks: set up and clear meal trays, operate and monitor dishwasher (chlorine and temperatures), prepare nourishments and snacks, clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment, stock groceries, take out trash, assist cooks and dietary supervisor, participate in staff orientation and training, and follow food safety procedures.

Manage accounts receivable for multiple skilled nursing facilities: supervise AR staff, handle billing and cash receipts, collect delinquent accounts, prepare financial/statistical reports, and support administrative functions and community relations.

Support Employment Practices legal team by managing intake in Legal Tracker, coordinating subpoenas/discovery and records collection, generating reports, assisting with administrative claims (EEOC, DOL, DIR, CCRD), attending DIR hearings, monitoring case activity, and performing other paralegal and administrative tasks as assigned.
