Manage medical and general supply inventory for a skilled nursing facility, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, distribution, PAR levels, vendor coordination, purchase orders, deliveries, budget monitoring, and cost control. Maintain accurate records, verify deliveries, support audits, and ensure supplies are properly stored and available to nursing and other departments.

Provide compassionate LPN nursing care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting, including medication administration, treatments, resident support, and possible supervision of nurse assistants. The role requires an active Colorado LPN license and current CPR certification. Full-time employees receive benefits, paid time off, sick leave, retirement matching, and ongoing training. Shifts are 12 hours, either days or nights.

Provide compassionate nursing care to post-acute residents and families, conducting patient assessments, communicating effectively, and demonstrating leadership. The PRN Registered Nurse will work flexible shifts, support the care team, and contribute to quality resident care while maintaining a current Ohio RN license.
