Lead daily pallet manufacturing operations: enforce safety and OSHA compliance, manage and train production staff, assign and track tasks to meet targets, diagnose and coordinate maintenance for pallet machinery and forklifts, and liaise with vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance.

Assemble trains and switch railcars in yards and ports. Perform safety inspections, couple/uncouple cars, operate switches and handbrakes, assist locomotive engineer with fueling and servicing, perform minor mechanical repairs (including replacing coupler knuckles), load/unload operations, and communicate via hand signals or two-way radio.
