Participants relocate as needed, receive mentorship and training, and are prepared to launch and manage a branch.

Support day-to-day freight operations for a squad: schedule appointments, enter loads into TMS, procure carriers, track loads via MacroPoint/TMS, retrieve PODs, price and quote, negotiate rates, and maintain SOPs and carrier lists while ensuring customer satisfaction.
