Drive enterprise customer acquisition by researching prospects, conducting platform demos, managing advisor-sourced leads, prospecting across multiple channels, following up, and closing deals. The role owns the full lead-to-client process, tracks KPIs, collaborates with SDRs, and helps develop market acquisition strategy. Fluency in French and B2 English communication skills are required, along with CRM experience, analytical thinking, organization, networking, and goal orientation.

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to HR leaders and decision-makers, book meetings, test scripts and messaging, and improve call performance in HubSpot. Use LinkedIn and email to support calls, track activity, and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires Italian fluency, B2-level English, resilience, curiosity, communication skills, basic copywriting knowledge, and a self-starting mindset. Initial in-office work in Barcelona is required before transitioning to fully remote work.
