Monitor inventory levels and KPIs, coordinate across Production, Logistics, and Sales, analyze production capacity and support manpower/overtime planning, and communicate production and supply issues with headquarters.

Lead AI strategy and adoption for the BFSI consulting practice: define enterprise-scale Generative AI, Copilots and Autonomous Agent initiatives, design data/platform architectures (multi-cloud, Databricks, Snowflake), establish AI governance and FinOps, drive ROI and operational value, bridge data engineering, solution architecture and C-level stakeholders, lead pre-sales/RFPs and mentor teams through change.
