Lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants across LATAM, design and execute recruitment strategies, run end-to-end hiring for clients, develop client relationships and key accounts, drive business development, mentor staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction and team performance.

Manage production schedules and material planning to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery. Monitor inventory levels and KPIs, coordinate across Production, Logistics, and Sales, analyze production capacity and support manpower/overtime planning, and communicate production and supply issues with headquarters.

Lead AI strategy and adoption for the BFSI consulting practice: define enterprise-scale Generative AI, Copilots and Autonomous Agent initiatives, design data/platform architectures (multi-cloud, Databricks, Snowflake), establish AI governance and FinOps, drive ROI and operational value, bridge data engineering, solution architecture and C-level stakeholders, lead pre-sales/RFPs and mentor teams through change.
