Provides administrative and operational support for graduate academic programs, including budgeting, payments, reporting, policy administration, accreditation data, student registration, faculty and student onboarding, practicum compliance, communications, and event coordination. Supports faculty searches, student records, program materials, and occasional supervision of student workers.

This role requires strong project management skills and collaboration with various stakeholders to elevate the university's brand and engage the community.

Coordinates the Center for Learning and Student Success, overseeing undergraduate peer tutor hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, and development. The role collaborates with faculty and campus partners to align tutoring with learning outcomes, deliver workshops, promote services, administer tutoring systems, monitor budgets, and assess student learning outcomes. It also supports library faculty governance, professional service, and scholarly activities.

Tenure-track 11-month Assistant Professor in the APA-accredited Clinical Psychology PsyD program. Responsibilities include graduate teaching and mentorship, conducting and publishing research, grant writing, student advising, and service on committees. Candidates must hold a PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, be licensed or license-eligible in Oregon, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Preference for experience in clinical health psychology, integrated care, and DEI programming.

Coordinates and enhances the physical therapy clinical education program by managing clinical site partnerships, conducting site visits, advising students, evaluating performance, reviewing feedback, communicating with clinical instructors, supporting accreditation, and ensuring graduation requirements. The role may also teach, advise students, direct projects, develop curriculum, conduct scholarly activities, and provide university and community service. This is an in-person position requiring occasional travel to clinical sites, conferences, and events.

The Assistant Professor of Audiology will teach courses, engage in scholarship, mentor students, and contribute to community service in the audiology field.
