Candidates must hold a PhD/PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology, be licensed or license-eligible in Oregon, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the U.S. Preference for experience in clinical health psychology, integrated care, and DEI programming.

The Associate Director manages the Office of Scholarship & Sponsored Projects, leading either Sponsored Projects Administration or Research Integrity & Compliance. Responsibilities include grant lifecycle management, compliance oversight, policy development, and operational leadership within the office.

Manage a portfolio of 250+ mid-level donor prospects through discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to grow major gift pipeline. Develop fundraising strategies, prepare proposals and collateral, track metrics, collaborate with campus leadership and volunteers, and support university advancement goals. Hybrid role with occasional evenings, weekends, and regional travel.
