Manage a portfolio of 250+ mid-level donor prospects through discovery, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to grow major gift pipeline. Develop fundraising strategies, prepare proposals and collateral, track metrics, collaborate with campus leadership and volunteers, and support university advancement goals. Hybrid role with occasional evenings, weekends, and regional travel.
