Provide remote and onsite technical support to students, faculty, and staff. Diagnose and resolve issues with accounts, software, hardware, printers, and mobile devices; configure and maintain workstations and peripherals; monitor ticket queues, escalate per SLAs, train and supervise student workers, and participate in IT projects while flagging security or privacy concerns.

The Assistant Professor of Audiology will teach courses, engage in scholarship, mentor students, and contribute to community service in the audiology field.

The Assistant Professor of Audiology will teach in the AuD program, conduct scholarship, supervise clinical work, and engage in service activities. Candidates should have expertise in clinical audiology and a commitment to interprofessional education.
