Creates print and digital marketing collateral, event materials, signage, exhibit graphics, and environmental designs while maintaining PacSci brand standards. Responsibilities include image retouching, production file preparation, coordinating printers and contractors, communicating project blockers, and managing multiple deadlines. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, strong graphic design fundamentals, organized file management, and collaboration across teams. This is a six-month hybrid contract with an initial 30-day full-time onsite period.

Own General Admission growth and revenue performance across paid, email, web, social, and ticketing channels. Manage performance reporting, budgets, forecasts, audience segmentation, paid media agencies, pricing, promotions, partnerships, email campaigns, website conversion, CMS updates, and membership conversion strategies. Use analytics to optimize attendance and revenue against weekly targets while collaborating with marketing, membership, technology, guest-facing, and external partners.

Creates print and digital marketing collateral for Pacific Science Center programs and events, including posters, flyers, advertisements, image retouching, and creative layouts. Manages multiple projects, collaborates with internal teams and external printers, supports copywriting, maintains organized files, and communicates project needs and deadlines. The role requires onsite work three days per week.
