Drives attendance, engagement, brand awareness, and event targets while overseeing corporate and business marketing programs. The role requires leadership, strong project management, analytical, communication, writing, and multitasking skills, plus flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Leads comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple consumer and business brands, overseeing marketing, communications, community engagement, and corporate partnerships. Manages marketing teams, budgets, processes, revenue targets, growth initiatives, stakeholder communications, and organizational planning. Partners with sales and business development to support events, facility sales, and new products. Requires strategic leadership, strong writing and analytical skills, event and marketing experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Public Safety team, including records management, recruitment coordination, employee scheduling, payroll and timesheet processing, certification tracking, equipment deployment, event staffing, and ERP record maintenance. The role coordinates staffing coverage, supports policy and collective agreement application, assists with events and special projects, and maintains accurate workforce and operational documentation in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
