Develops and optimizes digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, display, print, radio, and direct mail. Creates content, manages social channels, supports SEO and website updates, tracks campaign KPIs, conducts A/B testing, and uses analytics to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Collaborates with leadership, outreach teams, publicists, designers, developers, and vendors to promote healthcare programs and community events.

Coordinates high-volume recruiting workflows from application through manager interview and HR hand-off. The Digital Marketer will enhance online marketing strategies to boost engagement and program participation through campaigns, content, and analytics. Responsibilities include managing digital and traditional marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.

Oversee administrative assistants, contracting, grants, RFPs, and data administration. The role supervises staff, establishes workflows and SOPs, tracks deadlines and documentation, supports reporting and data quality, coordinates across departments, improves administrative processes, and escalates unresolved risks. Success requires strong organization, accountability, communication, independent judgment, and follow-through in a hybrid healthcare organization.

Develop and maintain secure full-stack web applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and production infrastructure. Rapidly prototype with AI-assisted development tools, then audit, refactor, test, secure, deploy, and monitor the resulting software. Integrate healthcare, CRM, billing, communications, and enterprise systems while protecting PHI and supporting HIPAA safeguards. Collaborate with executives, analysts, vendors, and operational teams to translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions, troubleshoot incidents, and continuously improve reliability and delivery speed.

The Executive Assistant will support the President & CEO in managing operations, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information, while also managing projects and organizing meetings.

The Data Administrator maintains data integrity and compliance, oversees health plan submissions, conducts eligibility checks, and provides reporting and insights for organizational operations.
