Provide advanced HR support including employee relations and investigations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, policy interpretation, onboarding/offboarding, HR project leadership, compliance with California employment law, HR reporting, and serve as a senior resource and trainer to the HR team.

Administer end-to-end HR functions including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance with California employment laws, employee support, HRIS/ATS management, reporting, and participation in HR projects to ensure accurate records and strong employee experiences.

Provide administrative HR support including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, I-9 and personnel-file management, benefits and compliance assistance, employee communications, HR data maintenance, and general operational support for the HR team.
