Own end-to-end revenue cycle for Clubhouse Services: prepare and submit county/bundled-rate MediCal claims, verify eligibility, work denials and reconciliations, maintain compliance and audit readiness, train staff, and coordinate with County BHS.

Oversee the Client and Family Support (CFS) Program including staff supervision, program operations, community coordination, KPI monitoring, EHR-based reporting, quality improvement, and integration of ECM/CS services with county partners to meet BHSA goals.

Audit member records and outreach workflows to ensure compliance with CalAIM/Medi‑Cal and HIPAA standards. Conduct minimum 40% community outreach, analyze workflows, identify gaps, develop corrective actions, track QA metrics, report findings, and provide training to improve documentation accuracy and operational performance.
