The Executive Assistant will support the President & CEO in managing operations, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information, while also managing projects and organizing meetings.

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting operations including resume review, pre-screening (assessments), interview scheduling, ATS administration, and candidate engagement. Track hiring metrics, ensure compliant onboarding documentation, support recruiter training and community outreach (job fairs, street outreach), and promote company benefits to candidates.
