Develops and optimizes digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, display, print, radio, and direct mail. Creates content, manages social channels, supports SEO and website updates, tracks campaign KPIs, conducts A/B testing, and uses analytics to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Collaborates with leadership, outreach teams, publicists, designers, developers, and vendors to promote healthcare programs and community events.

Coordinates high-volume recruiting workflows from application through manager interview and HR hand-off. Screens candidates, conducts initial assessments, schedules interviews, maintains accurate ATS records, manages candidate engagement through pre-boarding, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports hiring fairs, university partnerships, workforce development relationships, and local street outreach across California.

Provide advanced HR support including employee relations and investigations, performance management, leaves and accommodations, policy interpretation, onboarding/offboarding, HR project leadership, compliance with California employment law, HR reporting, and serve as a senior resource and trainer to the HR team.
