Leads Pacific Catch’s IT strategy, architecture, infrastructure, security, systems administration, vendor relationships, and technology operations. Manages Toast POS, delivery and catering platforms, integrations, restaurant technology support, disaster recovery, asset lifecycles, budgets, staff training, and IT configurations for new restaurant openings. Serves as the final escalation point for technology issues and drives continuous improvement across corporate and restaurant environments.

Part-time Take-Out Team Member providing fast, accurate, and hospitable service. Responsibilities include checking order completeness, communicating issues to servers and kitchen staff, answering guest questions about ingredients, maintaining a clean expeditor area, prioritizing requests, and handling a physically demanding workload in a fast-paced restaurant. Weekend availability is required.
