Manage HR operations across 16 restaurant locations, including employee relations, investigations, compliance audits, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, payroll support, HRIS data integrity, employment verifications, performance management, and training. Advise restaurant leaders on employment policies and labor laws, supervise an HR coordinator, manage employee documentation, and promote a respectful, compliant workplace culture.

Leads Pacific Catch’s delivery, takeout, and catering business across third-party delivery, B2B, and corporate catering channels. Owns revenue growth, partner negotiations, pricing, profitability, channel marketing, catering sales, packaging, order accuracy, and operational standards. Uses POS and BI data to track performance, improve promotions, recapture revenue, and drive accountability across restaurant teams. The role trains and influences general managers and kitchen teams, manages delivery technology and partners, and regularly travels to restaurant locations.
