The role also supports training and go-to-market communications while maintaining product knowledge and company standards.

Owns a healthcare software product area end-to-end, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, feature design, delivery, user research, success metrics, and post-launch iteration. Collaborates with clinical stakeholders, customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Uses AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, specifications, and release materials. Converts engineering deliverables into release notes and supports training and marketing communications.

Lead end-to-end product ownership for a PaceMate product area: discovery, requirements, design, delivery, and post-launch evaluation. Run user research, define success metrics, collaborate daily with engineering and stakeholders, use AI tools for prototyping and specs, and support go-to-market materials and release documentation.
