Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and scanners; perform finishing (folding, binding, stapling); review job tickets for quality; manage multiple print jobs; and perform occasional customer deliveries, including loading/unloading, obtaining signatures, and maintaining vehicle/equipment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts through prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic account management. Maintain CRM records, coordinate orders and project logistics with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate project accounting activities including contract setup, billing, month- and year-end processes, A/R and percent-complete reporting, invoice distribution, file maintenance, system upgrades, and ad-hoc specialized reporting to support project financial accuracy and compliance.
