Develop and manage a regional portfolio of B2B accounts for signage, commercial printing, promotional products, and apparel. Responsibilities include prospecting, cultivating client relationships, meeting sales and margin goals, maintaining CRM records, coordinating client projects with internal teams, and promoting services through networking, events, and social media.

Provides administrative and project support for an engineering office, including document preparation, mail and delivery coordination, records maintenance, onboarding assistance, office supply management, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and shared-space organization. Serves as the York office manager, supporting project teams, employees, clients, and vendors while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

Provides Autodesk software training, technical support, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and onboarding for AEC clients. Develops customized curricula, maintains training labs, supports software licensing and hardware readiness, and advises customers and sales teams on technology solutions. Requires professional Revit or Civil 3D experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
