Serves as the welcoming first point of contact for participants, families, vendors, and visitors. Greets guests, answers and directs calls, provides information, supports departments administratively, manages correspondence, maintains front desk organization, and uses Microsoft 365 and office systems. The role requires professionalism, compassion, strong communication, multitasking, and a commitment to serving older adults.
