The Executive Director leads and manages the Pace organization, advocating for girls, overseeing staff, finances, and ensuring program compliance while promoting agency values and growth.

Manage integrated fundraising, promotions, and development for a local Pace center. Cultivate and solicit individual donors, research and write grant proposals, plan events and appeals, produce promotional materials and media outreach, maintain donor/prospect database, support board development and ED communications, and represent the organization publicly.

Oversees community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention services for girls ages 11–17. Supervises therapists, ensures fidelity to trauma-informed, gender-responsive programming, provides direct clinical care and case management, manages documentation, coordinates community partnerships, supports crisis intervention, and monitors regulatory and grant compliance while assisting with hiring, training, and program quality improvement.

Coordinate community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention services for girls ages 11–17. Oversee therapists, ensure trauma-informed, gender-responsive clinical programming, supervise documentation and compliance, provide direct clinical services and crisis intervention, coordinate community partnerships, and support program recruitment and outcomes reporting.

Provide on-call substitute instruction for middle and high school students using teacher-provided lesson plans; align instruction to state standards, use assessments to monitor progress, maintain a trauma-informed, gender-responsive classroom, promote college readiness, ensure student safety and equitable learning opportunities, and complete required trainings and duties.

Provides academic and vocational assessments and remedial instruction aligned to Florida Sunshine Standards; develops individualized lesson plans, transition/placement and IAP goals; administers standardized testing; coordinates community resources, volunteer tutors and outside services; participates in care reviews, parent conferences, and case management activities; manages classroom resources and plans extracurricular activities.

Oversee social services prevention programming for girls, ensuring quality supports including case management, crisis counseling, and psychoeducational groups. Supervise and train counselors, manage referrals and documentation, ensure program fidelity and regulatory compliance, develop community partnerships, and monitor outcomes and reporting.

Develop and execute outreach and community engagement activities across print, broadcast and social media; create marketing materials and manage communications, events, volunteers, and related databases (Raiser’s Edge). Support fundraising, grant writing, and coordinate volunteers, screenings, training, and appreciation events.

The Senior Staff Accountant will manage financial activities, ensuring fiscal accountability, overseeing grant management, and supporting decision-making through reporting and analysis.
