Provides remedial academic and vocational instruction to students, develops individualized lesson plans, administers assessments, and monitors progress. Coordinates with counselors, families, schools, community agencies, and care-management teams to support student needs, transitions, and placement. Supervises tutors and volunteers, organizes extracurricular activities and outside resources, completes required documentation, and follows Florida education standards, agency policies, and background-screening requirements.

Oversees community-based prevention, diversion, and early-intervention services for girls ages 11–17. Provides and supervises therapy, case management, psychoeducational groups, family support, crisis intervention, and referrals. Ensures trauma-informed, strength-based, gender-responsive programming, documentation, regulatory compliance, grant obligations, staff training, and program outcomes. Builds community partnerships and supports recruitment, retention, and quality improvement while supervising therapists and coordinating clinical services.

Coordinates community outreach, public awareness, marketing, public relations, social media, newsletters, media releases, events, fundraising, grant writing, and volunteer recruitment and training. Maintains media, mailing, volunteer, and fundraising databases; develops event materials; supports center tours, special events, and community partnerships. Requires strong communication, organization, project coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, social media, Constant Contact, and Raiser's Edge.

Provides general academic and social services program support for girls. Responsibilities include supervising classes when needed, proctoring tests, greeting visitors, managing attendance and transportation records, processing meal program information, maintaining supplies and incentives, supporting behavior modification activities, and assisting with ceremonies and after-hours programming.

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, budgeting, cash management, audits, grant and donor accounting, regulatory filings, and internal controls. Lead and develop the accounting team, ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance, manage financial systems, improve workflows, and provide accurate financial analysis to organizational leaders and the Board.

Oversee community-based prevention and early intervention therapeutic programs for girls (11-17). Manage and supervise therapists, ensure clinical quality, compliance with state regulations, documentation, caseloads, and program outcomes; provide clinical consultation, crisis intervention, and community partnership development.
