Manage integrated fundraising, promotions, and development for a local Pace center. Cultivate and solicit individual donors, research and write grant proposals, plan events and appeals, produce promotional materials and media outreach, maintain donor/prospect database, support board development and ED communications, and represent the organization publicly.

Provide on-call substitute instruction for middle and high school students using teacher-provided lesson plans; align instruction to state standards, use assessments to monitor progress, maintain a trauma-informed, gender-responsive classroom, promote college readiness, ensure student safety and equitable learning opportunities, and complete required trainings and duties.

Oversee community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention services for girls 11–17. Supervise therapists, ensure trauma-informed, gender-responsive programming, provide direct clinical services, oversee documentation, case management, crisis intervention, training, compliance, and community partnerships to support girls' resilience and program outcomes.

Oversee social services prevention programming for girls, ensuring quality supports including case management, crisis counseling, and psychoeducational groups. Supervise and train counselors, manage referrals and documentation, ensure program fidelity and regulatory compliance, develop community partnerships, and monitor outcomes and reporting.
