Teams at Pace Center for Girls

Manage integrated fundraising, promotions, and development for a local Pace center. Cultivate and solicit individual donors, research and write grant proposals, plan events and appeals, produce promotional materials and media outreach, maintain donor/prospect database, support board development and ED communications, and represent the organization publicly.

Oversees community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention services for girls ages 11–17. Supervises therapists, ensures fidelity to trauma-informed, gender-responsive programming, provides direct clinical care and case management, manages documentation, coordinates community partnerships, supports crisis intervention, and monitors regulatory and grant compliance while assisting with hiring, training, and program quality improvement.

Coordinate community-based prevention, diversion, and early intervention services for girls ages 11–17.
