Support the People Ops team with candidate screening, interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and candidate communication. Ensure interviews run smoothly across multiple calendars and pipelines, keep candidates and interviewers informed, and assist the HR team as needed. This remote internship requires one in-office day per week in Bengaluru and immediate availability is preferred.

Design and validate embedded hardware: select components/ICs, create schematics and PCB layouts, work with MIPI/CSI, USB, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, perform bring-up and debugging, support prototypes, and coordinate with firmware, mechanical, and vendors.

Provide technical sales support and customer-facing demonstrations for drone products. Independently manage customer communications, assess requirements, recommend solutions, coordinate with internal teams, support field trials/testing/deployments, prepare technical documents, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Support electronics and mechanical teams with prototype assembly, hardware setup, basic testing and debugging, field testing and data collection, and coordination with reliability and vendors. Maintain test reports and hardware documentation during product development and field validation.

Design and develop mechanical components and enclosures using CAD. Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings. Support prototyping, vendor coordination, tolerance analysis, material selection, manufacturability, field testing, and documentation while collaborating with electronics and hardware teams.

Supports quality assurance for defense hardware products through assembly and final-stage inspections, documentation, defect identification, material inspection, functional and environmental testing, and compliance with defense standards. Collaborates with design and production teams to improve quality and maintains QA processes, checklists, and reports.

Lead cross-functional hardware-software teams to plan and deliver integrated products. Manage sprints, timelines, risks, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communication across the program lifecycle.

Design and implement perception algorithms (detection, tracking, classification, scene understanding). Develop image/video processing and stabilization methods, motion estimation, and real-time perception pipelines using NVIDIA DeepStream and GStreamer. Optimize and deploy models on edge platforms (Jetson) and collaborate with hardware and software teams.

Own IT infrastructure, asset and SaaS lifecycle management, user access, troubleshooting, budgeting, and vendor relationships. Design and maintain cybersecurity controls, monitor threats, lead incident response, conduct audits, and provide security training. Manage networks, cloud platforms, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, audits, and future ISO 27001 certification efforts.

Design and implement real-time multi-camera perception pipelines on edge devices using C++/Python. Integrate USB/CSI cameras, build object detection, multi-object tracking, classification, and scene understanding. Optimize and deploy high-performance, low-latency video analytics with NVIDIA DeepStream, GStreamer, and Jetson platforms, and debug streaming, synchronization, and inference performance.
