Paar Autonomy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to work closely with our People Ops team on hiring!
Responsibilities
Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates
Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars
Coordinate across teams to make sure every interview runs smoothly with no scheduling conflicts, no last-minute scrambles
Keep candidates and interviewers informed and on track throughout the process
Support the HR Team as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to candidates and coordinating with busy teams daily
Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple interview pipelines at once
Comfortable with a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment
Available to start immediately
Based in or around Bengaluru (for the weekly in-office day)
You will be required to come down to the office once a week and work from home for 4 days.
