Provides reception and administrative support in a veterinary clinic by scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, invoicing clients, handling communications and payments, assisting veterinary staff, maintaining cleanliness, handling pets appropriately, and supporting social media content.

Lead onsite management of Timmins Animal Hospital to expand services, grow revenue, manage budgets, recruit and develop staff, ensure operational and clinical excellence, oversee accreditation and SOPs, and drive client experience and marketing initiatives.

Lead and oversee the veterinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and client service. Manage operations including staffing, hiring, training, inventory, budgeting, bookkeeping, KPIs, marketing, and community outreach. Collaborate with Regional Manager and Medical Director on business plans, equipment needs, and financial targets. Provide coaching, performance management, and front-desk support as needed to maintain efficient hospital workflow and regulatory compliance.
