Manage strategic customer accounts and coordinate key account owners across European markets. Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop prospecting strategies, expand into new sectors, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Build partnerships with brokers and prospects, monitor opportunities in the CRM, and lead international customer events and engagement initiatives. Represent P3 at industry conferences while driving revenue growth, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead development and execution of compensation, benefits and HRIS across 11 European markets. Manage benchmarking, pay structures, STI/LTIP and executive remuneration. Design competitive benefits, run vendor tenders, and administer HR systems. Drive HRIS configuration, integrations, automation, reporting and support HR partners to ensure compliant, efficient reward and HR operations.

The Development Manager will oversee the sourcing and development of warehouse sites, manage relationships with stakeholders, and handle project budgets. Responsibilities include strategic planning, feasibility evaluation, and collaboration with teams to ensure project success.
