Moves raw produce from warehouse storage to production areas, scans products, documents inventory discrepancies, maintains organized storage, monitors product flow, checks raw-product quality, and communicates production updates or issues to supervisors. Performs sanitation and food-service duties in a cold, damp processing environment while repeatedly lifting up to 60 pounds.

Manage the company’s credit granting and control processes, assess customer creditworthiness, conduct credit reviews, and minimize bad debt exposure. Oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash application, aging analysis, credit adjustments, and cash forecasting. Lead credit analysts and collections staff, report departmental KPIs to the CFO, coordinate with sales, and manage collection agencies and attorneys. Support accounting leadership with reporting, staffing, training, performance reviews, and other personnel decisions.

Selects, measures, weighs, labels, and repacks short-order or broken-case produce and related items, inspects completed orders, stocks and records inventory, loads pallets, maintains cleanliness, and operates pallet jacks in a refrigerated warehouse environment.
