Drive technical sales and business development for industrial customers in precision grinding. Generate pipeline, represent the company at industry events, apply consultative selling, collaborate with internal stakeholders, document CRM records and share technical know-how to optimize customer solutions and grow partnerships.

Provide advanced IT support and act as technical anchor for Helpdesk. Administer and develop Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 solutions; manage endpoints, drive standardization, automation, and documentation; handle complex support cases and assist global business units.
