Oversee automation construction and commissioning for new development and maintenance projects. Manage multiple projects, schedule resources, validate engineering deliverables, coordinate PLC programming and field device testing, report status, resolve design discrepancies, and support operations training and continuous improvement.

Develop and customize McLaren Engineering Document Management System, design APIs, ensure data integrity, and improve user experience within the oil and gas sector.

Provide engineering, operations, regulatory and supply chain support for exploration, appraisal and development well work. Design and manage stimulation, cleanout and artificial lift procedures, supervise daily completions operations, act as on-site company representative, develop stimulation well designs, lead well design reviews and procure materials/equipment while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Supervise compressor mechanics and contractors at a gas processing plant. Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, overhauls, shutdowns, emergency response, work scheduling, reliability improvement, safety compliance, inventory management, and CMMS documentation. Analyze vibration, oil, equipment performance, and maintenance data to identify failures and reduce downtime. Maintain and improve equipment-specific procedures, coordinate cross-functional work, and mentor maintenance personnel.

Provides on-site technical support for audio/visual and collaboration systems. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting A/V equipment, assisting users with room scheduling and meeting setup, installing firmware upgrades and patches, monitoring room readiness, escalating outages, and resolving end-user issues. Requires strong diagnostic, communication, organizational, documentation, and customer service skills, along with experience supporting video conferencing platforms, A/V hardware, and basic network connectivity.

Provide end-user IT support: troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, install/configure hardware and software, log incidents in ITSM (ServiceNow), escalate issues, maintain documentation, deliver user training, support AV and collaboration tools, and collaborate on digital workplace initiatives.

Design, develop, customize, and support Allegro ETRM solutions; build integrations and reports; troubleshoot production issues; optimize SQL Server performance; participate in upgrades and testing; collaborate with trading, risk, scheduling, and accounting stakeholders.

Install, configure, maintain, and commission PLC and DCS control systems; monitor and troubleshoot DCS operations; perform loop checks and oversee commissioning; define spare parts and preventive maintenance; document system changes, train personnel, conduct failure mode analyses, coordinate contractors, and track DCS/PLC action plans.

Program, install, commission, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/RTU automation systems for onshore oil and gas facilities. Develop and validate control programs, support commissioning, maintain project schedules and documentation, troubleshoot field devices and communications, support electrical/low-voltage systems, train operations and junior integrators, follow MOC/PSSR and safety processes, and contribute to process improvement.

Provide legal counsel for Gulf of America offshore exploration, development, production and decommissioning. Draft and negotiate upstream and operational contracts, advise on regulatory compliance (BOEM/BSEE), manage decommissioning liabilities, support incident response, and coordinate litigation, appeals and industry advocacy.
